Stewart D. Stoller     |      Partner

Mr. Stoller received his Bachelors of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in 1983. Prior to that, he was on the Dean's List at Loyola University. He received his juris doctorate degree from the DePaul University College of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and in the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois and The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States.

Mr. Stoller successfully advocated the cases of first impression before the Supreme Court of Illinois, which expanded and defined the rights of injured victims. He also successfully argued numerous cases before the Appellate Court of Illinois.

He is the author of several Amicus Curia briefs before the Supreme Court of Illinois. He has been published by the Illinois State Bar Association.

Mr. Stoller is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Safety Council, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

He is a founding member of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity, Gamma Lamda Chapter.

Steven E. Garstki      |      Partner

Mr. Garstki received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Loyola University in 1986. He received his juris doctorate degree from the John Marshall Law School in 1989. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and in the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois and The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States.

Mr. Garstki has been a legal writing instructor for Loyola University and for Mallinckrodt College. He is a published author of articles in such periodicals as the Illinois Bar Journal.

He is past chairman of the procedural Rules Committee of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association; Past Secretary, procedural Rules Committee for ITLA; Investigations; Chicago Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee; Board Member, Chicago Bar Association Judicial (Evaluation Committee); past member, Chicago Athletic Association Board of Directors; past member, Finance Committee of the University Club of Chicago.

Mr. Garstki is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Bar Association.
